Our location in Budapest, with five employees, is part of the CEE region, with headquarters in Vienna. Together, we serve our customers in South/East Europe in the automotive, distribution, and industrial sectors.

Your core tasks

Supporting our customers in Hungary and CEE
Processing quotations, orders, delivery schedules and shipping in SAP
Reporting and documenting for traceability and quality insurance
Proactive customer service and product advice
Cross-team coordination and communication for the benefit of our customers
Participating in the continuous improvement of processes

Your profile

Completed commercial school and professional experience in a comparable position
SAP user knowledge
Good general knowledge in MS Office and communication tools (Outlook, Teams,..)
Very good written and spoken Hungarian and English skills, knowledge of German is an advantage
Structured and solution-oriented way of working
Open and communicative personality
Team player with cross-departmental engagement

We offer you an attractive salary and benefits package that corresponds to your experience and training as well as an annual salary increase corresponding to the increases in Austria. (Starting approx. HUF 750.000,-- gross/month).

Betreuung unserer Kunden in Ungarn und CEE
Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung, Bearbeitung von Lieferplänen und Versand in SAP
Berichtswesen und Dokumentation zur Nachvollziehbarkeit und Qualitätskontrolle
Proaktiver Kundenservice und Produktberatung
Teamübergreifende Koordination und Kommunikation zum Nutzen unserer Kunden
Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung

Ihr Profil – Das bringen Sie mit

Abgeschlossene Handelsschule und Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Postition
SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse
Sehr gute allgemeine MS-Office-Kenntnisse uns Erfahrung mit Kommunikationstools (Outlook, Teams,...)
Sehr gute Ungairisch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
Teamplayer mit abteilungsübergreifendem Engagement
